We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to expand our presence in the APAC region. Responsibilities
- Business Development: Drive new business opportunities across EMEA, targeting institutional clients, exchanges, protocols, chains and traditional finance players exploring Web3.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the DeFi and CeFi ecosystems.
- Regional Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the APAC market to identify trends, cultural nuances, and opportunities unique to the region.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goals, collaborating closely with the global sales and marketing teams.
- Product Advocacy: Understand Hypernative's product offerings deeply to position them as essential solutions for risk mitigation and operational efficiency.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Hypernative at industry events, conferences, and forums to establish our brand as a trusted partner in the Web3 ecosystem.
Requirements
- Industry Experience: At least 3 years in the blockchain or financial technology space, with a proven track record in sales or business development.
- Regional Expertise: Strong knowledge of the EMEA market, including cultural nuances and regulatory landscapes.
- DeFi and CeFi Knowledge: Demonstrable understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, centralized finance (CeFi), and institutional blockchain adoption.
