Hyperloop Recruitment is partnering with a leading Liverpool-based tech firm who are looking for a Tech Lead to join their growing organisation! This role would suit a Principal/Lead Developer seeking a challenging next step in their career; this is a mix of both hands-on work (TypeScript focused stack) & technical leadership, so the ability to work directly with senior leadership is key.

This position is at the forefront of an entire platform rebuild, & requires an experienced, highly proficient developer with excellent backend skills working on designing services, data flows & integrations.

Tech stack:

  • Highly proficient in building production systems in Node.js / TypeScript
  • Frontend capabilities using React, Next.js
  • Cloud experience (Azure or AWS)
  • Fluency with modern AI coding tools
  • CI/CD, IaC, testing

The role is paying up to £85,000 (DOE) + benefits & is hybrid with 2 days pw in the Liverpool office.
