IT Support Engineer Chester £35,000 (DOE) + benefits Hyperloop have partnered with an exciting scale-up business in Chester, looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their growing team. Working in a fast-paced modern Agile environment, the successful candidate will provide day-to-day 1st and 2nd line support on IT issues arising across the business, managing and maintaining high levels of service. The role would suit a 2nd Line Engineer with at least 2 years\’ commercial experience across IT Service Desk. Key skills required: Minimum 2 years\’ commercial experience in IT Support 1st / 2nd line support functions ITIL based Service Desk experience JIRA for logging, tracking and resolving incidents Strong communication skills (written & verbal) High levels of customer service Agile working environment The role is paying up to £35,000 (DOE) & to begin with will be mostly on-site in Chester, reverting to hybrid after successfully passing probation.
