About the role

We are expanding our Business Operations Team and are looking for skilled and experienced Business Operations Associates. We are looking for a junior to mid-level associate, and a senior associate. Both will work closely with our sales and partnership teams to help us scale, but with different levels of scope, ownership, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support our sales team by preparing high-quality sales materials, creating client-specific pitch decks, and conducting targeted market research.
  • Design and build mock-ups and visuals (Figma experience a big plus) to bring our pitches and workshops to life.
  • Be involved in client-facing activities – from workshops to meetings – gaining direct exposure to how we build relationships and deliver value.
  • Leverage tools such as Hubspot, Figma, SharePoint, and PowerPoint to streamline processes and produce professional outputs.
  • Use a data-driven mindset to spot insights, track activity, and improve how we operate.
  • Work with leadership on occasional investor materials, helping us communicate clearly and persuasively with external stakeholders.
  • Build a strong understanding of the finance and technology landscape we operate in.

What’s different at each level

The core responsibilities are the same, but expectations will differ:

Junior/Mid-Level Associate

  • Focus on execution and learning the ropes.
  • Deliver high-quality materials and research with guidance.
  • Develop skills across tools and domains, building confidence in both fintech and business operations.

Senior Associate

  • Own key workstreams end-to-end with minimal supervision.
  • Drive structure into sales processes and improve how we create, track, and deliver materials.
  • Mentor and support more junior team members.
  • Act as a trusted partner to sales leadership, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

You should apply if you have

  • Some prior experience in business operations, consulting, sales support, or strategy (more for senior role, less required for junior).
  • A blend of creativity and structure – you can design a compelling client deck but also love organising processes.
  • Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, PowerPoint, SharePoint; Figma is a strong plus.
  • A data-minded approach – comfortable working with numbers, analysis, and drawing insights.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex finance/tech concepts.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine interest in fintech.
