We’re working with an established Martech SaaS business that is helping enterprises maximise the value of their data through automation and intelligence. With a strong foothold in the market and a large enterprise customer base, they’re now looking for a Customer Success Manager with past experience in a technical role (solutions/implementation consulting) to drive adoption across key accounts in EMEA.
The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring customers see maximum value from the platform, increasing adoption, and driving expansion opportunities within large global accounts. You’ll work closely with enterprise clients, navigating complex organisations and developing strategic engagement plans.
- Drive customer adoption and engagement, ensuring long-term success.
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, focusing on retention and growth.
- Develop strategic success plans, working cross-functionally with internal teams.
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities within key accounts.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers unlock the full potential of the platform.
Your Profile
- Enterprise CSM experience, working with large, complex accounts.
- Ability to navigate global organisations and engage with senior stakeholders.
- Strong technical acumen.
- A strategic, commercially focused mindset, with a track record of driving retention and expansion.
- French language skills would be a bonus.
