We’re working with an established Martech SaaS business that is helping enterprises maximise the value of their data through automation and intelligence. With a strong foothold in the market and a large enterprise customer base, they’re now looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, retention, and growth across key accounts in EMEA.
The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring customers see maximum value from the platform, increasing adoption, and driving expansion opportunities within large global accounts. You’ll work closely with enterprise clients, navigating complex organisations and developing strategic engagement plans.
