Howden is seeking a Branch Manager to take ownership of your own profit & loss, with the freedom to identify new business opportunities and grow your branch. You’ll also ensure first-rate service to existing clients through coaching and developing a team, aiming to retain policies and drive loyalty.

You will bring excellent experience and understanding of Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines insurance products and services, and you will lead with a people-first mindset within our collaborative environment.
