Howden is seeking an Employment Legal Counsel to join our expanding in-house Legal team. The role provides high-quality, pragmatic employment law advice across the business, supporting HR and stakeholders on a broad range of UK matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You will handle day-to-day advisory work, advise on exits and covenants, support on litigation, draft contracts and policies, and contribute to governance and training initiatives with senior HR partners and external.
