At Hyperion Robotics, we are on a mission to bring sustainability, automation, and intelligence to one of the world’s largest and most conservative industries - construction. We collaborate with leading clients across utilities and infrastructure and are backed by some of Europe’s top investors. As we scale our UK presence and prepare for local production capability, marketing must play a critical role in positioning Hyperion as a credible, scalable delivery partner - not just an innovative technology company.

We are now looking for a Marketing Executive to support our UK marketing activity. This is a hands-on support role in a small team, with a wide variety of work across content, events, PR, digital, and lead generation. You will work closely with the Marketing Director, who will provide day-to-day guidance, review your work, and help you develop quickly in the role. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1–2 years of marketing experience who wants broad exposure in a fast-moving cleantech company. You enjoy being organised, learning quickly, and contributing meaningfully from week one.

What It Means In Practice:

  • You own and execute day-to-day marketing activities across content, communications, website updates, newsletters, LinkedIn, case studies, and sales materials.
  • You help turn complex engineering and sustainability topics into clear, commercially relevant messaging for clients and industry audiences.
  • You support PR and thought leadership activity by helping prepare press releases, award submissions, speaking opportunities, and external communications.
  • You work closely with Sales to support lead generation, pipeline development, and customer-facing materials.
  • You share responsibility for event coordination and selected sales-support activities together with our Sales Assistant, with the exact split flexing based on project needs and business priorities.
  • You support website performance, SEO, HubSpot, analytics, and campaign tracking so that marketing activity can be measured and improved over time.
  • You coordinate with external partners and suppliers when needed and help ensure consistent brand presentation across channels.
  • You help keep plans, timelines, materials, and follow-ups organised so that projects move forward smoothly.

To Succeed In This Role, We Expect:

  • You are a recent graduate in marketing, communications, business, English, journalism, or a related field, or you have up to 1–2 years of marketing experience, including internships or placements.
  • You write clearly and confidently, whether that is a LinkedIn post, a press release, or a well-structured blog.
  • You are highly organised and able to manage multiple workstreams at once.
  • You are proactive, willing to take direction, quick to learn, and open to feedback.
  • You have strong attention to detail.
  • You are willing to travel regularly to our manufacturing facility near Scunthorpe, with occasional travel to client sites and industry events.
  • You have a genuine interest in sustainability, infrastructure, and construction technology.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Eventbrite, Canva, SEO, events, light video editing, B2B marketing, or the construction, engineering, or cleantech sectors would be a plus.

What we offer:

  • Fair salary reflecting the market rate and our organizational structure
  • Private medical insurance
  • Workplace pension scheme
  • 25 annual leave days + statutory holidays
  • A hands-on role with real responsibility and variety from week one
  • Direct mentorship from a senior marketing leader and close working relationships with the CEO and founders
  • Exposure to every part of B2B marketing - content, PR, events, digital, lead generation, paid media, and brand
  • A front-row seat at a fast-growing cleantech company at a pivotal moment
