The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in connecting talented professionals with leading organisations across our specialist markets. You’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building long‑term client relationships, and managing recruitment processes from initial engagement through to successful placement. This is a fast‑paced, consultative sales role where no two days are the same. You’ll be encouraged to take ownership of your desk, build your market presence, and develop into a trusted recruitment partner for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing new business opportunities through proactive sales activity.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy qualification to placement.
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Providing market insight and recruitment advice to clients.
  • Negotiating offers and managing recruitment processes through to completion.
  • Building a network within your specialist market and becoming a subject matter expert.

  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience within B2B sales, business development, account management, or recruitment.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

  • Knowledge or experience within the Property, Housing, Construction, or Real Estate sectors would be highly advantageous.
