Core of the Leasing Associate role

Working closely with the Leasing Manager and General Manager, you will be crucial to the development’s success by driving occupancy and revenue. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service throughout the customer journey, from initial enquiry to securing the tenancy.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Sales & Viewings: Conduct engaging viewings of apartments and amenity spaces, converting potential residents into applicants through product knowledge and persuasive communication.
  • Lead Management: Diligently manage all incoming enquiries (phone, email, walk‑ins) and maintain the prospect database using the property management system (CRM).
  • Application Processing: Assist with the full leasing cycle, guiding applicants through the referencing process, preparing tenancy documentation, and ensuring all legal requirements are met.
  • Market Insight: Assist the Leasing Manager in tracking local market rents and competitor activity to provide informed feedback on pricing strategies.
  • Resident Liaison: Support the smooth move‑in process for new residents, ensuring a high level of satisfaction from day one.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks related to leasing, file management, and maintaining the show home/leasing office presentation.
  • Service Delivery: Contribute to the overall vibrant community atmosphere by being a friendly and professional front‑of‑house presence.

Skills you need

  • Previous experience (minimum 6 months) in sales, lettings, hospitality, or a customer‑facing role. Direct experience in residential lettings or the BTR sector is advantageous but not essential.
