- You will be the vital front‑of‑house presence during the day, ensuring the smooth operation and security of the building and providing professional, helpful assistance to all residents and visitors.
Day‑to‑day of the role
- Reception Duties: Operating the main reception desk, welcoming residents and guests, and managing all general enquiries in a polite and efficient manner.
- Security & Access: Monitoring CCTV systems, controlling access for residents, guests, and contractors, and enforcing site security protocols to ensure the safety of the building.
- Parcel Management: Handling and logging all incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries meticulously and ensuring secure collection by residents.
- Liaison & Reporting: Acting as the first point of contact for resident queries, logging maintenance issues accurately via the internal system, and promptly communicating with the Property Manager and maintenance teams.
- Key Control: Maintaining the security and accuracy of the key holding system and ensuring compliance with all sign‑in/out procedures.
- Area Presentation: Conducting regular checks of the lobby, entrance, and common areas, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and well‑presented at all times.
- Administrative Support: Completing daily logs, incident reports, and performing other administrative tasks as required for the smooth running of the site.
