You will complete FRAs across purpose-built residential and leasehold developments, assess context, occupancy, means of escape and fire safety controls, and produce concise, evidence-led reports.
The role is field-based with hybrid working, requires at least 3 years' FRA experience, UK driving licence, and mandatory registrations ABBE Level 3 and IFSM Tier 2+.
