As General Manager – Residential Property, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the development, leading on operational performance while building positive relationships with residents, stakeholders, contractors and the wider property management team.

- Overseeing the daily operations of the residential development, ensuring the highest standards are maintained across all areas.
- Leading, managing and developing on-site teams, including concierge, cleaning, maintenance and other operational staff.
- Delivering an exceptional resident experience by ensuring enquiries and issues are managed promptly and professionally.
- Managing service charge budgets, monitoring expenditure and identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies.
- Ensuring full compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation, statutory requirements and company policies.
- Managing contractor performance, procurement and service delivery to ensure value and quality.
- Conducting regular inspections of the development to maintain presentation, safety and operational standards.

- Knowledge of health and safety legislation, statutory compliance and property management best practice.
- Experience managing budgets, service charges and contractor performance.
