About the Role
Hyperion Partners is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a Night Concierge to join a well-established managing agent based in Central London. Our client, renowned for their excellent reputation in property management, is seeking a highly professional and customer-focused individual to deliver exceptional service to residents, guests, and visitors during the night shift.
As a Night Concierge, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of a luxury residential development. You will act as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing a safe, secure, and welcoming environment throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service to residents and guests, addressing any queries or requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage access control, ensuring only authorised individuals enter the premises.
- Oversee building security, monitoring CCTV, and ensuring the safety and security of the property and its residents.
- Respond to emergencies or incidents, liaising with appropriate authorities or emergency services when necessary.
- Assist with general building maintenance tasks, including overseeing contractors and reporting any faults or issues.
- Ensure all communal areas are kept tidy and in excellent condition.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, visitors, and maintenance requests.
- Communicate effectively with both residents and the day team to ensure a seamless service.
