Our client, an esteemed leader in property management, is seeking a professional and dedicated individual to provide a superior service to residents and guests in a high-end residential development.
As a Day Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, ensuring that all requests and enquiries are handled with the utmost professionalism and care. You will play an integral role in enhancing the resident experience, providing an outstanding service while maintaining the smooth day-to-day operation of the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming and professional service to residents, guests, and visitors, addressing any queries or requests promptly and efficiently.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring that all communal areas are maintained to the highest standard.
- Coordinate and manage resident requests, ensuring they are dealt with in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist residents with services such as bookings, transportation, and deliveries, liaising with external service providers when necessary.
- Monitor and manage building security, including access control and CCTV systems.
- Assist with the management of contractors and maintenance teams, ensuring that any necessary work is carried out with minimal disruption.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed, and report any issues or concerns promptly to the management team.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with residents, guests, and the property management team.
