The Role
As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across corporate and on-site roles, ensuring the business continues to attract exceptional people who align with its high standards and customer-first ethos.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will act as a trusted advisor, shaping recruitment strategy while remaining hands-on in delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse range of roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build effective hiring plans
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience reflective of a luxury brand
- Proactively source talent through direct search, networking and market mapping
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
- Manage relationships with external agencies where required
- Use data and insights to inform recruitment decisions and continuously improve processes
- Champion diversity, inclusion and best practice recruitment standards
About You
- Proven experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Partner role
- Background within luxury residential, hospitality, property, Build to Rent or a service-led environment is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence
- Commercially minded, organised and comfortable working at pace
- Passionate about people, culture and delivering a best-in-class hiring experience
