You will work closely with key stakeholders to streamline processes, maximise collections, and ensure compliance with all housing regulations. The role does not require formal accounting qualifications but does demand strong financial acumen and a comprehensive understanding of residential property management.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Lead income optimisation projects across the business, ensuring targets are met for rent and service charge collection.\\n\\n * Collaborate with operational teams to improve service charge and rent-setting processes.\\n\\n * Ensure all income-related activities comply with housing regulations and internal policies.\\n\\n * Identify and implement process improvements to reduce arrears and maximise recoveries.\\n\\n * Provide clear, insightful reporting on income performance to senior leadership.\\n\\n * Act as the subject matter expert for all income and rent-related initiatives.\\n\\nAbout You:\\nWe welcome candidates with experience from Leasehold Management, Social Housing, Build to Rent (BTR), and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) backgrounds. Key qualifications include:\\n\\n * Proven experience in managing service charges, rent setting, or income optimisation in residential real estate.\\n\\n * Strong knowledge of housing regulations and service charge legislation.\\n\\n * Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.\\n\\n * Ability to develop and implement income growth strategies across a varied portfolio.\\n\\n * Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
