The Role As a Repairs Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring repairs are scheduled and managed efficiently, while providing an excellent service to residents, contractors and internal stakeholders. You will act as an important first point of contact for repairs-related enquiries and work closely with contractors and colleagues to ensure works are progressed within agreed timescales and service standards.
