Planned Maintenance Surveyor – London\\nLocation: London (Hybrid working available)\\nType: Full-Time | Permanent\\nSalary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)\\nRepresented by: Hyperion Partners\\n\\nHyperion Partners is proud to be representing a respected and forward-thinking housing provider in their search for an experienced Planned Maintenance Surveyor to join their property services team in London.\\n\\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled surveyor to play a key role in the delivery of planned and cyclical maintenance programmes, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and value for money across the housing portfolio.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Lead on the planning and delivery of cyclical, planned, and preventative maintenance programmes.\\n\\n * Undertake stock condition and building surveys to assess component lifecycles and inform the asset management strategy.\\n\\n * Prepare detailed specifications and oversee the procurement of works and services.\\n\\n * Monitor contractor performance on-site to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed standards.\\n\\n * Provide expert technical advice to colleagues, residents, and external partners.\\n\\n * Ensure compliance with health & safety, building regulations, and housing standards.\\n\\nAbout You:\\n\\n * Proven experience in a similar planned maintenance or asset surveying role, ideally within social housing or residential property.\\n\\n * A relevant construction or surveying qualification (e.g. HNC/HND, RICS, CIOB, or equivalent).\\n\\n * Strong knowledge of building pathology planned maintenance cycles, and contract administration.\\n\\n * Excellent stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach to teamworking.\\n\\n * Proficiency in using asset management systems and Microsoft Office applications
