This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills to be the main point of contact for residents during night shifts, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and responsive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for resident queries, concerns, and emergencies during night shifts.
- Conducting regular building walks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards are upheld.
- Handling minor maintenance issues and reporting larger problems through the appropriate channels.
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout shifts.
- Ensuring security protocols are followed and responding to any security-related issues.
- Completing detailed shift reports and handing over relevant information to the daytime team.
