About the Role
As Night Manager, you will be the face of the business after hours – overseeing operations, ensuring a warm welcome for late-arriving guests, and maintaining high standards of safety, service, and presentation throughout the night. You’ll be a calm and capable leader with a passion for people, service and creating memorable guest experiences. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong background in hospitality or premium residential settings, looking to step into a leadership role within a dynamic and values-led business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly operations of the site, ensuring smooth handovers and service continuity
- Welcome and support residents and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Handle any late-night issues or emergencies with confidence and care
- Conduct regular building checks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and security
- Maintain accurate records and reporting throughout the shift
- Liaise with day teams to ensure issues are resolved promptly and communicated clearly
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a hotel, residential, or guest-focused night role
- Confident working independently and taking ownership of site operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Calm under pressure, with a genuine desire to help people
- Reliable, trustworthy, and highly organised
- First Aid and SIA training a plus (or willingness to obtain)
