Your focus will be on creating a seamless and welcoming experience, managing requests efficiently, and upholding the highest standards of presentation and discretion.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nProvide a consistently exceptional front-of-house service to residents and visitors\\n\\nHandle a wide range of lifestyle and concierge requests, from restaurant bookings to private transport arrangements\\n\\nManage the reception area, ensuring it is always immaculate and presentable\\n\\nLiaise effectively with contractors, housekeeping, and building management teams\\n\\nReceive and manage deliveries, post, and parcels securely\\n\\nMaintain accurate records and logs in line with building procedures\\n\\nEnsure discretion, security, and confidentiality at all times\\n\\nAbout You\\n\\nPrevious experience in a luxury residential, hospitality, or five-star front-of-house environment is essential\\n\\nImpeccable personal presentation and outstanding communication skills\\n\\nNaturally service-oriented, with a calm and professional demeanour\\n\\nProactive, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks with grace and efficiency\\n\\nA genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences and exceeding expectations\\n\\nWorking knowledge of building concierge systems is advantageous
