We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of super prime residential properties across London, delivering exceptional standards of property management, resident experience, compliance, and operational excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished property professional who understands the expectations of high-net-worth residents and the complexities involved in managing premium residential portfolios.

The Role

As Senior Property Manager, you will oversee the management of a portfolio of high-value residential properties, ensuring the highest standards across service delivery, building safety, compliance, and operational performance. You will act as a trusted point of contact for residents, clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring each property within your portfolio is maintained to an exceptional standard while meeting all regulatory and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of super prime residential properties across London
  • Delivering an exceptional resident experience and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  • Overseeing building safety, compliance, and health & safety requirements across the portfolio
  • Ensuring statutory obligations are met, including fire safety, risk management, and building compliance
  • Managing contractors, suppliers, and service partners to deliver outstanding standards
  • Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance programmes
  • Managing budgets, service charges, and expenditure across the portfolio
  • Building strong relationships with residents, freeholders, managing agents, and key stakeholders
  • Driving continuous improvement across operational processes and service delivery

About You

We are looking for an experienced property professional with a strong background managing premium residential portfolios and delivering exceptional service standards. You will ideally have:

  • Significant experience managing high-end residential property portfolios
  • Experience working within a prime, super prime, or luxury residential environment
  • Strong knowledge of building safety, compliance, and health & safety legislation
  • A relevant professional qualification such as RICS, or equivalent
  • TPI Level 4 qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience managing contractors, budgets, service delivery, and complex property matters
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive and detail-driven approach with a commitment to operational excellence
