We are looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant with at least 2+ years' experience to join our team, specialising in housing, property, or hospitality recruitment. The Role
- You will take ownership of your own market, building strong relationships with clients and candidates while delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across your chosen sector.
- Working closely with experienced leaders, you will be supported to grow your desk, increase your billings, and develop into a high-performing consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a 360 recruitment desk
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships
- Source, attract, and place high-quality candidates
