The Role

  • Lead Management: Responding promptly to enquiries and qualifying prospective tenants.
  • Viewings: Conducting professional property viewings across Edinburgh, showcasing the unique features of each home.
  • Negotiation: Managing offers between landlords and tenants to secure the best possible outcomes.
  • Compliance: Ensuring all let‑linked documentation, including references and safety certificates, meets current Scottish legislative standards.
  • Business Development: Identifying opportunities to grow the portfolio through networking and local market expertise.

About You

The ideal candidate will be a "people person" with a sharp professional edge. You should be comfortable navigating the nuances of the Edinburgh rental market and possess the following:

  • Experience: Previous experience in residential lettings or a high‑end sales environment is preferred.
