This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic, professionally managed residential development focused on delivering an exceptional rental experience.
About the Role
As a Leasing Associate, you will be the key point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process from initial enquiry to move-in. You will be responsible for maximising occupancy, showcasing apartments, and ensuring a smooth and seamless customer journey that reflects the high standards expected in the BTR sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours and present apartments to prospective residents with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Manage enquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing timely and accurate information
- Assist applicants through the application and referencing process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Prepare and execute tenancy agreements and coordinate lease renewals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the property management system
- Collaborate closely with the resident services and property management teams to deliver a consistent and outstanding resident experience
- Support marketing initiatives and community engagement activities to attract and retain residents
About You
- Previous experience in lettings, property management, or customer service, preferably within the BTR, PRS, or multi-family housing sectors
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for customer service
- Confident and professional approach when dealing with prospective residents and colleagues
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, such as Right to Rent checks, is desirable
- IT literate with experience of property management or CRM software an advantage
