Leasing Associate – Build to Rent (BTR) Residential Development\\n\\nLocation: London \\n\\nSalary: £30,000 plus commission \\n\\nHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (some flexibility may be required)\\n\\nContract Type: Temp to Perm\\n\\nStart Date: Immediate / ASAP\\n\\nHyperion Partners are delighted to be partnering with a leading client in the Build to Rent (BTR) sector to recruit a proactive and customer-focused Leasing Associate to join their vibrant team in London. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic, professionally managed residential development focused on delivering an exceptional rental experience.\\n\\nAbout the Role\\n\\nAs a Leasing Associate, you will be the key point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process from initial enquiry to move-in. You will be responsible for maximising occupancy, showcasing apartments, and ensuring a smooth and seamless customer journey that reflects the high standards expected in the BTR sector.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nConduct property tours and present apartments to prospective residents with enthusiasm and professionalism\\n\\nManage enquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing timely and accurate information\\n\\nAssist applicants through the application and referencing process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements\\n\\nPrepare and execute tenancy agreements and coordinate lease renewals\\n\\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the property management system\\n\\nCollaborate closely with the resident services and property management teams to deliver a consistent and outstanding resident experience\\n\\nSupport marketing initiatives and community engagement activities to attract and retain residents\\n\\nAbout You\\n\\nPrevious experience in lettings, property management, or customer service, preferably within the BTR, PRS, or multi-family housing sectors\\n\\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for customer service\\n\\nConfident and professional approach when dealing with prospective residents and colleagues\\n\\nOrganised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently\\n\\nKnowledge of relevant legislation, such as Right to Rent checks, is desirable\\n\\nIT literate with experience of property management or CRM software an advantage
