This role offers the opportunity to become part of a highly professional and discreet front-of-house team, delivering an exceptional service in a prestigious, luxury setting.
The Role
As Night Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and smoothly run environment during the overnight hours. You will act as the primary point of contact for residents, managing enquiries and requests with professionalism and care, while also maintaining vigilant oversight of the building's operations. This position requires someone who is calm under pressure, highly reliable, and capable of delivering a consistently high level of service – even in the quietest hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an impeccable front-of-house presence throughout the night
- Welcome residents and guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
- Monitor building security systems, conduct regular patrols, and respond to any incidents or emergencies in line with protocol
- Manage access control and maintain detailed logs and records
- Handle resident enquiries, deliveries, and concierge requests efficiently
- Liaise with external contractors and emergency services when necessary
- Ensure the reception area and communal spaces remain tidy and presentable at all times
About You
- Proven experience in a high-end residential or luxury hospitality concierge role
