This role offers the opportunity to become part of a highly professional and discreet front-of-house team, delivering an exceptional service in a prestigious, luxury setting.\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\nAs Night Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and smoothly run environment during the overnight hours. You will act as the primary point of contact for residents, managing enquiries and requests with professionalism and care, while also maintaining vigilant oversight of the building's operations.\\n\\nThis position requires someone who is calm under pressure, highly reliable, and capable of delivering a consistently high level of service – even in the quietest hours.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nProvide an impeccable front-of-house presence throughout the night\\n\\nWelcome residents and guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion\\n\\nMonitor building security systems, conduct regular patrols, and respond to any incidents or emergencies in line with protocol\\n\\nManage access control and maintain detailed logs and records\\n\\nHandle resident enquiries, deliveries, and concierge requests efficiently\\n\\nLiaise with external contractors and emergency services when necessary\\n\\nEnsure the reception area and communal spaces remain tidy and presentable at all times\\n\\nAbout You\\n\\nProven experience in a high-end residential or luxury hospitality concierge role\\n\\nExcellent communication skills and a calm, reassuring presence\\n\\nStrong sense of responsibility and attention to detail\\n\\nSmartly presented, discreet, and confident in dealing with high-profile residents\\n\\nComfortable working independently during unsociable hours\\n\\nFamiliarity with building management or concierge systems is desirable\\n\\nSIA licence preferred but not essential
