About Us

We are working with a leading, boutique managing agent specialising in the management of prime and super-prime residential estates across London. With a reputation for discretion, excellence, and attention to detail, we provide tailored property management services to discerning clients and prestigious developments.

The Role

We are seeking a polished and experienced Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxury residential estate in Central London. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for residents, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring that the estate is managed to the highest possible standard.

Key Responsibilities

* Full operational management of the estate, including buildings, communal areas, landscaping, and amenities.

* Deliver a seamless resident experience with a service-led, hospitality mindset.

* Liaise closely with residents, contractors, on-site teams, and head office to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.

* Manage service charge budgets, financial reporting, and contractor performance.

* Coordinate and supervise planned preventative maintenance and reactive works.

* Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation.

* Support and lead on capital works and refurbishment projects as required.

* Ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to, including legal and compliance matters.

Ideal Candidate

* Experience as an Estate Manager, Development Manager, or similar role in high-end residential settings.

* Strong knowledge of building operations, contractor management, and service charge budgeting.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a concierge-style approach to resident service.

* Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused with a keen eye for detail.

* Confident using property management systems and Microsoft Office.

* IRPM or IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications preferred but not essential.
