Hyperion Partners are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established Housing Association to recruit an experienced Housing Services Manager. This is a key leadership role, responsible for delivering high-quality, customer-focused housing management services across a diverse social housing portfolio.
The Role
As Housing Services Manager, you will lead a team delivering frontline housing services, ensuring residents receive a responsive, compliant, and supportive service. You will play a pivotal role in driving performance, managing risk, and embedding a strong customer-first culture, while working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a housing management team covering tenancy management, estate services, ASB, and customer engagement
- Ensure services are delivered in line with legislation, regulatory standards, and internal policies
- Drive performance against KPIs, service standards, and resident satisfaction measures
- Manage complex cases including ASB, safeguarding, vulnerability, and tenancy enforcement
- Oversee voids, lettings, and estate management performance in collaboration with internal teams
- Act as a senior point of contact for escalated complaints and member / councillor enquiries
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives, policy development, and transformation projects
- Build strong relationships with local authorities, support agencies, and community partners
About You
You will be an experienced housing professional with a strong understanding of social housing management and a passion for delivering excellent resident outcomes.
