In this role, you will focus on two key areas:

Over time, take a leading role in shaping and managing the global employer brand strategy, ensuring its consistent application across all markets.
- Recruitment Marketing Campaigns: Contribute to planning and execution of data-driven recruitment marketing campaigns. Work cross-functionally with Comms, DE&I, Talent Acquisition, and external agencies to deliver compelling content and storytelling across channels. Lead efforts to develop and implement recruitment marketing toolkits, ensuring consistent adoption across the business to enhance brand visibility and candidate engagement. Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement. Own measurement of campaign effectiveness and ROI, optimizing strategy and informing future planning.
- Early Careers Strategic Projects: Support the Early Careers Lead on strategic initiatives that strengthen graduate, intern, and apprenticeship programs globally. Assist in developing campaigns and resources that position Howden as an employer of choice for early talent. Contribute to projects that enhance candidate experience and align with long-term early careers strategy.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement: Create resources and guidance to ensure a consistent candidate experience and brand message across touchpoints. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption of brand and early careers initiatives. Develop content that reflects our culture, career pathways, and purpose-driven work. Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure recruitment marketing and early careers strategies remain innovative, inclusive, and competitive.
What are we looking for?
