This is a fantastic opportunity to join Ocean Bottle on their sustainable journey, driving growth and supporting our incredible partners across B2B and Wholesale/Retail channels. We do this by bringing people together to fund plastic collection. We create award-winning reusable bottles and cups, with every product sold funding the collection of 1000 plastic bottles in weight – before they reach the ocean. 8 billion plastic bottles from ocean-bound regions. Our products and solutions enable consumers and businesses to drive this change and support refill behaviour whilst funding plastic collection. We’re looking for our next Trade Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. The purpose of this role is to drive growth and support our incredible partners across B2B and Wholesale/Retail channels. We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Trade Marketing Manager who’s fired up about B2B growth and knows how to make things happen at both retail and B2B direct level. You’ll be at the heart of driving our B2B lead pipeline, focusing on high-quality, cost-effective leads that drive serious ROI. You’ll also own our wholesale/retail marketing channel, creating co-marketing plans and building standout presence through point-of-sale (POS) and retailers’ channels. You’ll manage the tools and collateral our sales team needs to shine – from pitch decks and sales sheets to product info and POS. You’ll be the link between Sales and Marketing, making sure every brief is razor-sharp and creative is set up to win. You’ll also develop and manage the lead generation strategy, working closely with our Head of Marketing and Head of Sales to ensure we are driving cost-efficient and quality leads that meet our ICP. This ideal candidate will be commercially-minded but with creative understanding to support the development of industry-leading B2B marketing activity. This role will focus on driving quality leads while nurturing top accounts to increase lifetime value. You should have demonstrable experience of working with trade marketing channels and distribution partners, as well as supporting direct sales teams. Manage B2B Marketing Assistant and support their growth Develop marketing strategies aligned to business KPIs for our key B2B channels, including but not limited to: Retail / Wholesale Partners Brand Partnerships Drive lead generation across B2B and wholesale channels, ensuring we hit lead, CPL, and ROI Develop the ABM strategy with the sales team, nurturing key accounts to drive engagement and revenue, while managing day-to-day marketing activities (such as sales collateral, B2B CRM emails) Develop and manage key activities to drive quality inbound activity such as trade shows, events, webinars, and more Create memorable campaigns that get in front of our target B2B audience and the decision makers, leveraging partners and their networks Support Head of Marketing in evaluating success of marketing activity and penetration & consideration across our ideal customer profiles (ICPs) – deliver regular reporting for Lead Generation, B2B CRM effectiveness, Retail Campaign delivery and sell-thru 5+ years’ experience in retail/trade marketing roles with wholesale and B2B experience ~ Proven track record in B2B lead generation, ideally with Hubspot or similar CRM tool ~ Strong experience in retail and wholesale environments, with a knack for activating brands at the point of sale ~ Confident owning creative briefing and cross-team collaboration ~ Skilled in producing and managing effective sales materials and marketing collateral – proven experience managing sales materials and retail marketing is essential ~Hands-on experience planning and executing events/trade shows ~ Experience working with a project management tool like Asana, Wrike or Monday (ideal) ~ Drive lead generation across B2B and wholesale channels, ensuring we hit lead, CPL, and ROI targets Improve the presence of Ocean Bottle through key B2B partners – including retail/wholesale partners and strategic brand partnerships Develop monthly, quarterly and annual tracking to demonstrate success in our B2B Marketing Manage and optimise lead tracking in Hubspot (or similar B2B CRM) Enhanced annual leave, including your birthday off and discretionary EOY leave ⏰ Flexible working model to support our employees 🍼 Enhanced family leave for primary and secondary caregivers &##Private Medical Insurance through Vitality đź§  Mental Health Support through the Spill platform &##Learning support including professional coaching through More Happi and ÂŁ200 learning allowance đźš´ Travel benefits including access to electric vehicles through WeVee and Cycle to Work scheme &##Team merch including your very on OB when you join and staff discount to OB product &##Supportive and (pet) friendly workspace in Shoreditch
