We’ve partnered with one of the UK & Ireland’s fastest-growing eCommerce brands, who are now looking to hire a TikTok Shop Affiliate Lead to build and scale their creator ecosystem across TikTok Shop. The business is looking for a high-energy, execution-focused operator to build and scale a best-in-class TikTok Shop affiliate engine across the UK and Ireland. Your role is to turn TikTok Shop into a dominant growth channel by building a high-volume, high-performance creator ecosystem. This role is about creating an army of creators who consistently produce content, drive massive reach, and convert into sales. You’ll own the affiliate engine end-to-end — from creator recruitment and onboarding through to nurturing, retention, scaling, and performance optimisation. This role suits someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, moves with urgency, and knows how to build systems that scale quickly.

Main Responsibilities

  • Build & Scale the Affiliate Engine: Recruit, onboard, and activate large volumes of TikTok creators at scale. Build a systemised pipeline for sourcing, outreach, and onboarding while turning the affiliate gifting programme into a repeatable content machine.
  • Creator Management & Retention: Develop strong creator relationships and nurture them into long-term brand partners. Identify top performers, retain them, and build incentive structures that maximise output and performance.
  • Content Performance & Scaling: Drive high volumes of content output across the creator network. Identify winning content quickly, refine hooks and creative angles, and scale what performs.
  • Revenue Growth Through TikTok Shop: Turn creator content into consistent daily revenue by optimising affiliate performance, maximising conversions, and aggressively scaling what works.
  • Systems & Execution: Build scalable processes and systems that allow the affiliate engine to grow efficiently. Move fast, test relentlessly, and take full ownership of outcomes.
  • Performance Ownership: Drive growth across impressions, engagement, creator output, and revenue while ensuring TikTok Shop becomes a self-sustaining acquisition channel.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience building and scaling a TikTok Shop creator / affiliate engine for an eCommerce brand.
  • Demonstrated success generating significant revenue through creator-led TikTok Shop strategies.
  • Experience managing and scaling large creator networks at volume.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok content, virality, hooks, and conversion mechanics.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a clear understanding of what content drives sales.
  • Experience turning gifting and affiliate programmes into repeatable, scalable content engines.
  • Highly execution-focused with a strong bias for action.
  • High ownership mentality and comfort operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
