We’ve teamed up with the fast growing hair care brand, Hairburst, who are now in the market to secure a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand at a stage where they are scaling at pace both in the UK & Internationally.

Role Overview

At Hairburst, we’re on a mission to make fuller, stronger, healthier hair possible for everyone – and our influencer community plays a huge role in that. We’re looking for a strategic, performance-driven influencer marketing expert to take our UK and global influencer strategies to the next level. In this role, you’ll be hands-on in managing the UK influencer & ambassador programme—owning relationships, campaigns, and performance tracking—while also guiding the influencer strategy globally, working closely with the International Marketing Manager to align regional approaches and scale success across markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Influencer Marketing Management (UK Focus)
  • Lead end-to-end influencer marketing for the UK, from discovery and outreach to negotiations, activation, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators, ensuring Hairburst is their go-to haircare brand.
  • Oversee content creation, briefing, and storytelling, ensuring influencer collaborations align with Hairburst’s brand vision and tone of voice.
  • Continuously refine onboarding, briefing, and reporting processes, focusing on performance metrics, scalability, and ROI.
  • Plan and execute brand events, press gatherings, influencer meetups, and activations to strengthen community engagement and visibility.
• Hairburst Ambassadors and expert voices (UK focus)
  • Work closely with the Brand Team to develop and manage the HB Ambassadors, ensuring a strong pipeline of engaged advocates who align with our brand values.
  • Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with credible expert voices in the beauty, wellness, and haircare space, leveraging their authority to reinforce trust and credibility in Hairburst.
  • Collaborate with the social and paid teams to ensure ambassadors and expert voices are seamlessly integrated into wider marketing campaigns.
• Global Strategy & Performance Optimisation
  • Act as the strategic lead for influencer marketing across global markets, supporting local teams in refining their approach and driving best-in-class execution.
  • Ensure alignment in influencer messaging, brand positioning, and campaign execution across international regions.
  • Provide insights, guidance, and best practices to local teams, helping them optimise their influencer strategies for performance and scalability.
  • Work closely with the International Marketing Manager to track regional influencer marketing performance, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and impact.
• Budget & Performance Management
  • Manage the UK influencer marketing budget, ensuring investment is optimised for growth, engagement, and ROI.
  • Oversee and report on global influencer performance, monitoring key metrics such as CAC, ROI, traffic, and conversion performance across all regions.
  • Use data and performance analytics to track influencer campaign success, regularly reporting on KPIs and adjusting strategy accordingly.
  • Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to keep Hairburst at the forefront of influencer marketing innovation.
