Role Overview
As the Senior CRM Executive, you will play a pivotal role in leading customer communications across Email, SMS, and WhatsApp, working closely with the CRM Manager to drive customer retention, loyalty, and engagement. You will be responsible for creating targeted, relevant, and innovative communications that support business growth and customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to develop within a fast-paced e-commerce environment and a thriving industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute targeted, personalized, and data-driven communications via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Collaborate with the CRM Manager to maintain and optimize a global CRM calendar.
- Own and lead the execution of customer lifecycle campaigns, including onboarding, retention, and win-back strategies.
- Develop compelling, brand-aligned content and copy for CRM campaigns, working closely with the brand team to ensure all campaigns meet design and branding standards.
- Build and maintain CRM automation workflows using triggers, dynamic segmentation, and complex templates.
- Continuously optimize campaign performance through testing
- Analyse campaign performance and customer data to identify trends and actionable insights, presenting these findings and recommendations to the CRM team and wider stakeholders.
- Monitor and enhance key CRM metrics such as deliverability, engagement, and conversion.
- Contribute to strategy discussions by providing insights and recommendations for growth opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of CRM experience, preferably in e-commerce within the beauty, health, or wellness industry.
- Proven ability to create effective customer communications across multiple channels (Email, SMS, WhatsApp), ideally with experience in international markets.
- Proficiency in data-driven CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Klaviyo, or similar) and familiarity with automation workflows and segmentation strategies. Ideally with knowledge of templating languages such as Handlebars or Liquid.
- Strong understanding of email design principles and ability to write engaging, brand-consistent copy.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret campaign results and improve strategies.
- Experience working with subscriptions-based businesses is desirable.
