The Opportunity
This is an ideal role for someone looking to build a long-term career in Paid Search.
Working alongside experienced digital marketers, you'll support the planning, execution and optimisation of Paid Search campaigns that directly influence customer acquisition and commercial growth.
You'll gain hands-on experience across Google Ads, Performance Max and Shopping campaigns, whilst developing into a well-rounded Performance Marketing specialist inside a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
This is a role where you'll be given ownership, responsibility and the opportunity to continuously develop your technical skillset.
- What You'll Be Responsible For
- Campaign Management
- Support the day-to-day management of Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads.
- Launch, monitor and optimise campaigns across Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
- Manage keyword builds, campaign structures and ad copy updates.
- Ensure campaigns are running efficiently and aligned to commercial objectives.
- Performance Optimisation
- Monitor campaign performance daily.
- Identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CPA and revenue performance.
- Support ongoing testing across audiences, creative, messaging and landing pages.
- Assist with budget pacing and campaign optimisation.
- Analysis & Reporting
- Produce regular campaign reporting.
- Analyse performance data to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
- Support forecasting and budget tracking.
- Share actionable insights with the wider Digital team.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with Ecommerce, Creative and Marketing teams.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns and seasonal trading activity.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends and emerging Paid Search opportunities.
