Role Overview
We’re now looking for our first dedicated Operations Manager to take full ownership of our end-to-end operational function — covering everything from supply chain and logistics to inventory planning, order fulfilment, and process optimisation. This is a pivotal hire for Gymproluxe, designed to take weight off the Founder and help build the operational backbone of a fast-scaling D2C fitness brand. The ideal candidate is hands-on, commercially sharp, and highly organised, with strong experience managing e-commerce operations in a growth environment.
