We’re looking for a sharp, delivery-focused Transformation Delivery Manager to lead the execution of our business transformation programme - ensuring change doesn’t just get designed, but actually lands, sticks and drives performance. This role sits at the centre of the business, working across teams to bring structure and pace. You’ll partner closely with the Head of People and senior leadership, acting as the engine for clear, structured delivery - this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of the transformation programme:
- Establish clear delivery rhythms that keep teams aligned and moving at pace
- Provide clear, structured updates on progress, risks and delivery
- You’ve delivered transformation, operating model or business improvement initiatives in a scaling business
