We’ve teamed up with the fast-growing digestive health brand, Epetōme, who are now in the market to secure a Junior Graphic Designer to join the creative team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a designer early in their career to join a high-growth DTC brand, learn fast, and contribute to best-in-class creative across paid, organic, CRM, web and print.
Overview
As Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll support the creation of visual assets across paid advertising, social media, CRM, web, and print. This role focuses on executing briefs provided by the creative team, producing high-quality static, video and animated assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where output matters - and where you’ll have the chance to rapidly improve your skills across multiple formats and channels.
Main Responsibilities
- Paid & Performance Creative
- Design static and animated ad creatives based on briefs
- Adapt creative for multiple formats and placements (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Support rapid iteration cycles based on performance feedback
- CRM & Retention Assets
- Create visual assets for CRM campaigns (email + lifecycle flows)
- Support weekly creative needs for retention marketing
- Organic Social
- Produce high-quality assets for organic social channels
- Ensure visuals align with brand tone, campaign messaging, and consistency
- Print & Brand Activations
- Assist with print assets for shoots, events, packaging inserts, and brand activations
- Support the team with design production needs across offline moments
- Creative Quality & Consistency
- Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines
- Maintain strong attention to detail across typography, layout, and formatting
- Deliver work to deadlines and keep projects moving
Expectations
- Ability to follow creative briefs and deliver on time

Salary & Benefits
