We’ve partnered with the exciting ecommerce growth and data partner, eClarity Insights, to find a Growth Manager who can scale performance across a portfolio of high-growth brands. This is an exciting opportunity to work agency-side at the heart of some of the most disruptive DTC businesses - acting as a true extension of each brand's internal growth, marketing, and paid media teams.

The Role
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns across our portfolio of ecommerce clients. You’ll work closely with our Head of Growth to implement multi-channel strategies, manage day-to-day campaign performance, and drive tactical improvements that deliver measurable results. This is a hands-on execution role — perfect for someone who loves diving deep into campaign data, testing creative variations, and iterating quickly to improve performance across multiple brands simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution & Management
- Execute multi-channel growth strategies across Meta, Google Ads, email/SMS, and other performance channels
- Set up, launch, and optimise campaigns based on strategic frameworks provided by the Head of Growth
- Implement A/B tests across ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures
- Performance Monitoring & Optimisation
- Monitor daily performance metrics across all client accounts (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates)
- Identify performance trends and opportunities for immediate tactical improvements
- Execute rapid testing protocols to improve campaign efficiency and scale
- Manage campaign budgets and pacing to hit monthly and quarterly targets
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Build and maintain performance dashboards for internal team and client reporting
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on campaign performance, audience insights, and attribution data
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Track and report on key ecommerce metrics including CAC, LTV, payback periods, and incrementality
- Creative & Content Coordination
- Collaborate with creative teams and client stakeholders to brief and iterate on ad creative
- Analyse creative performance data to identify winning concepts and scaling opportunities
- Coordinate user-generated content collection and implementation across paid channels
- Support landing page optimisation and CRO initiatives
- Client Support & Communication
- Provide regular updates to clients on campaign performance and optimisations
- Support the Head of Growth in client calls and strategic presentations
- Respond to client requests for campaign adjustments and performance insights
- Maintain strong working relationships with client marketing teams and agency partners
What’s Your Profile
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in ecommerce or agency environment
- Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
- Proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, Facebook Analytics, Triple Whale, or similar)
- Proven track record of managing and optimising campaigns across multiple accounts
- Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from performance data
- Experience with ecommerce metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, retention rates)
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working in an ecommerce growth agency or similar multi-client environment
- Knowledge of Shopify, conversion rate optimisation, and landing page tools
- Experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or other emerging paid channels
- Familiarity with attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customisation
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Monday.com)
