We’ve teamed up with the fast growing hair care brand, Hairburst, who are now in the market to secure a Junior Performance Manager to join the team.

At Hairburst, we believe in the importance of helping everybody achieve their healthiest, strongest, longest hair possible, with our specially formulated hair care vitamins and cosmetics. Each Hairburst product is uniquely formulated using safe, natural and proven ingredients for healthy hair maintenance, and benefits can be seen in as little as 90 days. We are now an established 10 year old brand selling both on our Shopify store and in 30,000 retailers globally. We are going through rapid growth and taking things to the next level on an international basis!

We’re looking for a results-driven Junior Performance Manager to take the lead in executing and optimising high-performing digital campaigns that drive new customer acquisition and business growth. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience across multiple paid channels (Search, Social, Video, Programmatic, Display), and a test-and-learn approach to continuously refine performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Delivering best-in-class Paid Media campaigns to grow new customer acquisition.
  • Regularly reporting on paid media performance to stakeholders in the business.
  • Actively contributing to weekly and monthly meetings whilst keeping abreast of industry news and updates.
  • Complete internal audits across your accounts & continually optimise.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation including set-up, management, analytics, tracking, reporting of Paid accounts with high attention to detail.
  • Build & maintain project plans outlining all key tasks for your accounts.
  • Continually review & suggest changes to tactics based on current performance and impact on campaign goals & KPIs.
  • Manage full test and learn approach across all accounts to understand key audiences, messaging and creative concepts to drive results.
  • Execute full funnel strategies across our key product range ensuring KPI’s at met at each stage.

Key Skills

  • Good understanding of digital marketing disciplines – buying, tracking, analytics, keywords, conversion funnels, creative testing, audience segmentation.
  • Strong cross-channel expertise (Search, Social, Video, Programmatic, Display), ideally with platform accreditations to match.
  • Ability to manage multiple assets for ongoing campaigns.
  • Passionate about great work and delivering strong results.
  • Recent experience in A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages.
  • Strong communication skills with previous experience in cross-department collaboration.
  • Experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors is an advantage.
