About the role

We’re looking for a highly organised, creatively driven Head of Brand Operations to join on a 12-month FTC to lead planning and execution of major brand and campaign initiatives across the business. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role oversees multiple workstreams across brand campaigns, product launches, content creation, ambassador partnerships and digital storytelling, ensuring activity aligns with our three-year growth plan and delivers against goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Ownership and Marketing Calendar planning: Lead and manage a calendar of strategic projects and marketing channel activity from concept through delivery, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and on brand for key trading moments.
  • 360 Campaigns: Lead strategic planning of multi-channel 360 campaigns in key brand moments. Coordinate with media partners and agencies across TV, OOH, PR, etc. to amplify campaigns.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal creative, brand, marketing and product teams, and senior leadership to ensure alignment on priorities and messaging.
  • Vision Execution: Translate the CEO/Founder’s creative vision into actionable project plans and drive execution that reflects brand storytelling, innovation, and commercial goals.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all outputs meet high quality standards, consistency, and brand integrity across touchpoints.
  • Strategic Input: Contribute to long-term planning, develop roadmaps, conduct market research and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets and control costs within own department.
  • Team Management: Oversee in-house production facility and studio across photography, video, product, and retouch.
