About the Role
As Fulfilment Supervisor, you’ll be a hands-on operational leader within our fulfilment and dispatch centre, owning day-to-day execution across picking, packing, and shipping. This role sits on the floor, not behind a desk. You’ll work closely with Team Leaders and Shift Leads to keep orders moving, resolve issues in real time, and ensure standards are met — especially during peak periods. It’s a great role for someone who is currently a Supervisor, Senior Team Leader, or Step-Up Lead, and wants more ownership, visibility, and progression in a high-growth environment.
What You’ll Own
- Day-to-Day Operations
- Own fulfilment performance across assigned shifts (output, accuracy, efficiency, safety)
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on time and to a high standard
- Act as first point of escalation for operational issues on shift
- Monitor KPIs and address bottlenecks or errors quickly
- Maintain accurate systems, stock movements, and handovers
- Work closely with Production, Customer Service, and Logistics to keep operations aligned
- Support and coach Team Leaders and warehouse operatives on shift
- Help onboard and train new starters
- Support attendance, performance conversations, and day-to-day welfare
- Lead by example on the floor and set standards for pace, quality, and behaviour
- Spot inefficiencies in processes, layouts, or workflows
- Suggest and support improvements to speed, accuracy, and cost
- Champion health & safety and operational best practice
- Use data and observation to drive better outcomes
- Support shift planning, resourcing, and peak preparation
- Produce basic daily/weekly performance updates
- Roll sleeves up during peak periods to support picking and packing
- Step up into broader responsibility as the operation grows
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Fulfilment Supervisor / Senior Team Leader in a warehouse, 3PL, or DTC environment
- Comfortable leading people on the floor in a fast-paced operation
- Strong understanding of picking, packing, dispatch, and stock control
- Confident using KPIs to manage performance day to day
- Hands-on, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Ready to step up and grow with the business
