As FP&A Manager, you’ll sit at the centre of financial planning, forecasting, and commercial insight — supporting multiple DTC and eCommerce brands via eClarity’s platform and software. This is not a traditional accounting role. You’ll focus on forecasting, performance analysis, and decision support, helping founders and operators understand what’s driving their numbers and where to act. The role suits someone early-to-mid career in FP&A, who wants broader exposure, faster learning, and real ownership — working across multiple brands rather than just one.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain forecasts, budgets, and financial models for DTC and eCommerce clients
- Deliver commercial analysis across revenue, margins, CAC, contribution, and cash
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance insights in a clear, founder-friendly way
- Support scenario planning, growth modelling, and cost optimisation
- Partner with clients across marketing, ops, and leadership to challenge assumptions and improve forecasts
- Use eClarity’s software and tooling to scale insight delivery across multiple brands
- Support the eCommerce Head of Finance on FP&A delivery across the client portfolio
- Help standardise forecasting models, templates, and reporting frameworks
- Contribute to improving internal FP&A processes and automation
- Support internal reporting and performance tracking as eClarity continues to scale
- 2–5 years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or financial analysis
- Experience in DTC, eCommerce, retail, marketplace, or subscription businesses strongly preferred
- Strong Excel / Sheets skills (models, scenarios, large datasets)
- Commercial mindset — you care about why numbers move, not just reporting them
- Comfortable working across multiple brands and stakeholders
- Clear communicator who can explain financial insights simply
- Proactive, curious, and keen to grow quickly in a scaling environment
- Clients have clear, trusted forecasts they can act on
- Financial insights are timely, commercial, and decision-driving
