We’ve teamed up with the exciting mystery football kit brand, Shirt in a Box, who are now in the market to secure an eCom Growth Assistant to join their scaling team in Belfast!
Company Overview
Set up in 2021, we set out on a mission to help football shirt lovers build their collections through the idea of a mystery shirt in a box. What started as a hobby collecting and selling football shirts has grown into a small business (+7 employees & 10 million sales) with global reach.
What do we do?
We grow football clubs’ international presence by distributing their shirts worldwide. We provide football addicts opportunities to expand their collections through a range of mystery boxes at affordable prices. We’re expanding our range beyond football into rugby & basketball!
About the Role
Shirt in a Box are looking for a driven, hungry-to-learn problem solver to join as an eCom Growth Assistant. This role is perfect if you’re early in your career and want to break into ecommerce - no prior experience is required. Instead, we’re looking for someone with raw talent, curiosity, and the appetite to learn fast. You’ll get exposure to every part of the funnel, with a focus on building and optimising landing pages. We’ll put you through real, high-level education in ecommerce growth, so this is a chance to develop a rare skillset while directly helping scale one of the UK’s most exciting football startups. This is our future Growth Leader, we will give you the tools to become that.
What you’ll do
- Build and optimise landing pages using tools like Replo.
- Assist in media buying execution across paid channels.
- Support in the creation of offers and growth experiments.
- Organise and coordinate email campaigns.
- Help deliver full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth.
- Proactively learn, test, and bring new ideas to the team.
What we’re looking for
- A problem solver with strong logical or analytical ability (ideally a background in maths, physics, economics, engineering, or similar).
- Hungry to learn - you’re more excited by the opportunity to grow than by what you already know.
- Curious about ecommerce and online business, ideally with an interest in how brands grow online.
- Someone fresh out of University / College (or their first job) and wanting to join a high growth business with the plans to become the future growth leader.
- Organised and reliable, with good communication skills.
- A self-starter who enjoys figuring things out and making progress independently.
It’d be great if you also have…
- Some experience of trying to make money online (side hustles, dropshipping, digital marketing etc.).
- An interest in ecommerce or performance marketing.
- A love for sport!
