Nutrition Geeks, one of the UK's fastest growing health & wellness brands, is on the hunt for a CRO Manager to join our lean, fast-paced team.
Company Overview:
The Mission: Make high quality nutrition & supplements accessible & affordable to everyone. Founded in 2020, Nutrition Geeks is one of the fastest-growing CPG brands in the UK, tracking to do multi nine figures (£) UK only revenue in 2026. Since launch we’ve quickly gained significant market share in the UK supplement space, from being the top selling supplement brand on both Amazon UK and TikTok Shop, to a website that’s growing 800% year over year and £100k+ daily ad spend.
About The Role
As CRO Manager, you’ll own the entire onsite experience and post click funnel journey across Nutrition Geeks’ DTC website. This isn’t about testing button colours. We’re looking for someone who has built and run CRO at scale - owning experimentation roadmaps, managing designers and developers, and obsessing over funnel performance from landing page to checkout to post purchase. You’ll work closely with Performance, Creative, and Dev teams, ensuring CRO directly drives incremental revenue and paid media efficiency.
What You’ll Own
- Own all CRO initiatives across site experience, funnels, and offers
- Build and manage a high-velocity testing pipeline (2–3 tests per week)
- Define and prioritise experimentation roadmap based on data, insight, and commercial impact
- Manage and lead execution with designer and developers
- Own the full post click funnel journey & experiment with cutting edge funnel structures (quiz funnels, headless LPs, advertorials, listicles)
- Translate hypotheses into live tests — landing pages, PDPs, bundles, pricing, checkout, subscriptions
- Analyse test results and deliver weekly insight reports with clear learnings and next actions
- Own CRO process and delivery via Notion (or similar), ensuring pace and accountability
- Work closely with Paid Media team to improve post-click performance and marginal gains
- Push independent ideas forward — not just execute inbound requests
What We’re Looking For
- Solid exposure owning CRO in a high-growth DTC / eCommerce environment
- Experience operating in 8- or 9-figure brands
- Strong understanding of full-funnel conversion (LP → PDP → Checkout → Subscription → Retention)
- Balance of data-driven analysis and creative thinking
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools, GA4, heatmaps, session replays
- Hands-on experience with landing page/funnel tools like Replo, CheckoutChamp, etc
- Ability to lead a small execution team and operate independently
- Comfortable working at speed in a performance-led business
- Ownership mindset — proactive, commercial, and outcome-focused
Success Looks Like
- Measurable KPI uplift across key funnels (AOV, CVR, PSV etc)
- Developing new funnel structures/journeys that help us drive more ad spend efficiently
- Clear, provable ROI impact on paid acquisition efficiency
- Strong collaboration with Performance and Creative teams
- Designer and developer team operating with clarity, pace, and accountability
Why Join Nutrition Geeks?
- CRO sits at the centre of the growth engine, not on the sidelines
- Real ownership and influence in a performance-led organisation
- Ability to shape how one of the UK’s biggest DTC advertisers scales
- Fast-moving, high-trust environment where decisions get made quickly
- Opportunity to build systems, not just run tests
Benefits
- Very rewarding base salary + performance-based highly incentivised bonus (uncapped)
- Work with a tight-knit high performing team
- Private Healthcare
- Company Pension
- Free Nutrition Geeks supplements
- Rapid career growth opportunities as we scale globally
