About the role

Abbott Lyon is scaling fast - and how we operate will define how far we go. We’re looking for a sharp, delivery-focused Transformation Delivery Manager to lead the execution of our business transformation programme - ensuring change doesn’t just get designed, but actually lands, sticks and drives performance. This role sits at the centre of the business, working across teams to bring structure, pace and accountability to how we operate. It’s about removing friction, improving how work flows and ensuring priorities turn into real, measurable outcomes.

You’ll partner closely with the Head of People and senior leadership, acting as the engine behind execution - keeping momentum high, aligning teams and making sure nothing drifts. If you’ve operated in a fast-paced, scaling environment and know how to turn complexity into clear, structured delivery - this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

You're Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will…

  • Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of the transformation programme
  • Bring structure, visibility and accountability across multiple workstreams
  • Establish clear delivery rhythms that keep teams aligned and moving at pace
  • Identify inefficiencies and friction points - and fix them at source
  • Lead focused improvement sprints that deliver tangible change
  • Map and improve workflows to create simpler, more scalable ways of working
  • Align cross-functional teams, ensuring priorities are joined up and delivered
  • Maintain momentum between leadership forums - ensuring decisions turn into action
  • Provide clear, structured updates on progress, risks and delivery
  • Reduce reliance on senior escalation by creating clarity, ownership and control

We’re Excited About You Because…

  • You’ve delivered transformation, operating model or business improvement initiatives in a scaling business
  • You bring strong programme and delivery capability - you make things happen
  • You’re highly organised and bring pace, structure and follow-through
  • You’re a strong problem solver - able to identify root causes, not just symptoms
  • You’re confident working across teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • You’re proactive, ownership-driven and comfortable operating in ambiguity and change
  • You know how to balance detail with impact - focusing on what actually moves the business forward
  • You’re curious about improving how work gets done, including leveraging tools, systems and AI
