The Person:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
  • Experience leading / mentoring data analysts / data scientists / BI developers.
  • Strong experience with data manipulation tools (SQL).
  • Familiarity with data manipulation and analytical techniques to translate data insight into strategic actions.
  • Proven experience in delivering project-based data insights for clients.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with client interaction.

The Role:

  • Lead, mentor and manage a team of data analysts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders acting as primary client contact.
  • Collaborate with the client to understand their business challenges, objectives and specific analytical needs.
  • Deeply understand and advocate HyperFinity's solutions, technology and services.
  • Oversee the quality and consistency of team outputs ensuring they are delivered on time.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data findings to support customer engagement, retention, and loyalty strategies ensuring they add value for clients.
  • Advocate for a culture of knowledge sharing within the team, supporting the team with their learning and development.
  • Collaborate with other teams within HyperFinity, including data management and tech teams.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Strong SQL coding skills and sound knowledge of MS Office (notably Excel).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities both internally / externally.
  • Attention to detail, proactive approach to validating outputs whilst setting standards within the team.
  • Ability to translate client needs into actionable insights and recommendations.
